Return Policy

You may return unused merchandise within 30 days of the date of your original purchase. Associates for Biblical Research will refund the purchase amount less original shipping and handling. You must follow the Returns process below to receive your credit.
Returns

To request a return, you can call ABR at 1-717-859-3443 or e-mail us at ABR@BibleArchaeology.org to request a return authorization number. When sending email, please be sure to include your Name, Address and the Unique Transaction ID#, which is located at the top of the Transaction Details page in your PayPal Account History, or in the PayPal transaction receipt email.
Once we have reviewed your return request we will e-mail you with a return authorization number if your return was accepted.

Upon receipt of merchandise in unused condition, a refund will be credited to your charge account or PayPal account.
Defective or Damaged Merchandise
ABR will replace merchandise due to manufacturing defects or shipping damage within 30 days of the date of purchase. You must follow the Return process above to request replacement merchandise.
